The 26YREP is computed by placing a teacher with no experience on the B.A. column, and tracking the individual for 26 years by moving the individual every few years so they reach the M.A. column the 17th year. Movement after the M.A. column depends on the column titles. In some states movement is dependent by transposing quarter units to semester units. Normal movement is every 3 or 4 years.

Our collection and computation methodology varies from state to state to be consistent with state law. Slight variations will occur with the movement, as some districts have very unique salary plans.

The method used in selecting the numbers on your salary schedule is determined by the number of columns your salary schedule has before the master's column.
